I don't know whether this qualifies as animal cruelty but i should as heck wouldn't want a handle strapped up to me. In addition, I don't know whether this is the best way to handle a pet anyways. This isn't as demeaning as the "kid leash" but it's pretty bad. I think Aneehs could use this for her pets.
